Trouble Shooting:- B1325 – 23: Down Switch Stuck – Signal Stuck Low START Connect Diagnostic tool and check for DTCs Is DTC B1325 – 23: present? STOP NO Check DTC present is Permanent or Historic Is History? 1. Press the Down Switch and release it. 2. Clear DTC Is DTC B1325 – 23: present? YES NO YES NO Disconnect vehicle battery connection. (Please follow the safety guidelines) Check BCM and Down Switch connectors for terminal back out. Are connectors loose? Reconnect connectors firmly YES 1.Remove BCM side wiring harness Connector. 2.Perform visual check of connectors for pins bent or damaged etc. NO YES A B C C
