B160B-12: Door Unlock control driver Relay/ Tailgate Unlock Control Relay - circuit short to battery ISO Code (DTC Code) B160B-12 Customer Symptom Driver's door will not unlock Fault Effects (On Vehicle) Door will not unlock. Lamp Status (If Any) NA Fault Detection Condition This fault gets logged by BCM when door unlock control driver relay output is shorted to battery. Normal Operating Condition Driver doors will unlock after pressing RKE unlock button. Probable Trouble Area 1. 1. BCM connector Fault. 2. 2. Harness issue. 3. 3. Switch fault. 4. 4. ECU fault. Healing Condition 1. 1. Give ignition cycle after fault removal 2. 2. Clear DTC command- No DTC logged Component Details: This relay will get activated when user unlocks driver door only via RKE. Preliminary Checks: 1. Check Battery Voltage (9V-16V) 2. Check ECU pins for oxidation, bending & damage.
