B1619 - 23: Internal Lock Switch - Signal stuck Low ISO Code (DTC Code) B1619 - 23 Customer Symptom Customer is unable lock/unlock door through internal lock switch. Fault Effects (On Vehicle) Door lock/unlock alternately not happen. Lamp Status (If Any) Fault Detection Condition This fault will be logged with IGN ON and internal lock/unlock switch output stuck to low. Normal Operating Condition This fault will be logged with IGN ON and internal lock/unlock switch is pressed then door lock/unlock operation happen alternately. Probable Trouble Area Lock/unlock switch output stuck to low. ECU fault. Healing Condition Run the input switch test routine and read the DTC. The DTC B1619 – 23 shall not be logged. Component Details: BCM activate the door through internal lock/unlock Switch and output is stuck to low for DTC B1619 - 23. Preliminary Checks: Check Battery Voltage (9V-16V) Check ECU pins for oxidation, bending & damage. Trouble Shooting:-
