B160A- 12: Door Second Stage UnLock/ Door UnLock control others Relay - Circuit short to Battery Overview: ISO Code B160A - 12 Customer Symptom All doors will not unlock Fault Effects (On Vehicle) All doors will not unlock Lamp Status (If Any) NA Fault Detection Condition This fault gets logged by BCM when door unlock control others relay output is shorted to battery or open circuit. Normal Operating Condition All doors are unlocked after pressing RKE unlocks switch/ internal knob. Probable Trouble Area 1. BCM connector wired wrong 2. Cockpit harness wire shorted to battery 3. Relay damaged. Healing Condition 1. Ignition OFF ON 2. Clear DTC Command Component Details: All doors are unlocked using door unlock control others relay when user press RKE unlock switch or internal knob. Doors unlock control others relay is active low. Preliminary Checks: 1. Check Battery Voltage (12.5 V & above) 2. Check ECU pins for oxidation, bending & damage. Trouble Shooting:-
