Disconnect vehicle battery connection. (Please follow the safety guidelines) 1. Clear the DTC from memory 2. Turn the IGN to OFF 3. Start the IGN Is DTC B160A14 present? Check Relay NO & NC connectivity Replace Relay NO shorted NC open Yes Check BCM and Door others unlock relay connectors for terminal backout Are connectors loose? Reconnect connectors firmly NO open NC shorted 1.Remove BCM side wiring harness Connector. 2.Perform visual check of connectors for pins bent or damaged etc. Yes No No Is connector faulty?
