START Connect Diagnostic tool and Run Input Test Routine and operate the switches as mentioned in the input switch test routine specification. Is DTC B160F – 12 logged by Routine? Disconnect vehicle battery connection. (Please follow the safety guidelines) Check BCM and Driver door Lock actuator for terminal backout Are connectors loose? 1.Remove BCM Connector. 2.Perform visual check of connectors for pins bent or damaged. Is connector faulty? Check continuity between BCM connector pin [C1-20] Harness side) with battery [C3-2/C3-1] Continuity Found? 1. Remove Driver door lock actuator 2. Check continuity between BCM harness side connector pin [C1-20] and Driver door lock signal [C095-5] STOP YES NO YES NO Reconnect connectors firmly Correct connector fault (Terminals Bend) YES NO Correct BCM Side wiring harness (Short to Battery) NO YES B160F - 12: Driver Door Lock Signal - Circuit short to Battery or Open Circuit Open Circuit? Perform the visual check of connectors for pin bend or damaged Is connector faulty? Check continuity at Driver door lock signal [C095-5] with ground [C1-34/C1-47] Continuity found? BCM ECU Faulty Correct wiring harness (Open Circuit) YES NO Correct connector fault (Terminal Bend) Correct connector fault at Driver door mating connector (Open Circuit) YES NO YES NO Replace BCM ECU Continuity found?
