B2252 – 62: Turn Indicator Switch – Signal Compare Failure START Connect Diagnostic tool and check for DTCs Is DTC B2252 -62 present? STOP NO Check DTC present is Permanent or Historic Is History? 1. Press the rear fog lamp switch and release it. 2. Clear DTC Is DTC B225262 present? YES NO YES NO YES Check which Turn Indicator is continuously ON Left Turn Indicator continuously ON? Disconnect vehicle battery connection. (Please follow the safety guidelines) Check BCM and combi switch connectors for terminal backout Are connectors loose? Correct connector fault (Terminals Bend) 1.Remove BCM Connector. 2.Perform visual check of connectors for pins bent or damaged etc. Is connector faulty? 1. Put combi switch in OFF state. 2. Check continuity between BCM connector pin [C1-19]( Harness side) with Ground [C1-34/C1-47] Continuity Found? Reconnect connectors firmly YES NO YES YES NO NO Correct BCM side wiring harness ( Short to Ground) A B Left Turn Indicator continuously ON? YES NO YES NO Reconnect all connectors firmly C
