Full assistance is b/w 11.5 to 16 volts. Reduced assistance is b/w 9 to 11.5 V Probable Trouble Area BCM internal damage Healing Condition N/A Component Details: N/A Preliminary Checks: 1. Voltage at the battery terminals should be greater than 11.5V. 2. BCM power supply connector should have greater than 11.5V for full assistance. 3. Check battery cable and BCM connector terminals for damage. 4. Check BCM ECU for pin bend/damage. 5. Alternator output voltage should be between 13.5 V to 14.5 V in engine running condition.
