Is there any rust/oxidization observed on Sensor Terminals. Clean the Rust or repair or replace Go to Step 2. 2. SRC MAX error is detected if the raw signal voltage, CrC_uRaw, exceeds the threshold threshold144 for a duration 50 ms. Establish continuity by rectifying harness connections as per the circuit schematic. Go to Step 3. 3. Are there any pins damaged at EMS ECU Connector. Replace the connector or wiring Harness. Go to step 4. 4. Wire harness connection between Cruise Cncl button and EMS ECU. If ok. Establish continuity by rectifying harness connections as per the circuit schematic. Go to step 5. 5. Are there any pins backed out from the EMS ECU Connector. Rectify/Replace Connectors. Go to Step 6. 6. Is EMS pin 29 short circuited to GND/Battery or Open? Repair the harness as per the schematic. Go to Step 7. 7. If fault still persists. then replace sensor and if fault still persists then call Hotline. Follow the above procedure again for Reconfirmation. DTC’s confirmation (checks before handing over vehicle to customer): 1. Check the errors at Ignition ON, engine running @ Idle & Fly-up with different vehicle speeds also. 2. If error present, then rectify the errors. 3. Confirm that there is no error logged in EMS before handing over vehicle to customer. Circuit Schematic:
