It is also used for GPS Signal for navigation. Pre-Check Points: NO Trouble Shooting:- Below given flowcharts guides to troubleshoot the fault: ISO Code B1C04-13 Customer Symptom User is unable to use navigation services Fault Effects (On Vehicle) No Lamp Status (If Any) No Fault Detection Condition 1. User is unable to use navigation services. 2. This DTC gets logged when connection between infotainment silver box and GPS antenna is Open. Normal Operating Condition All navigation related settings shall be available to the user. Probable Trouble Area Wiring harness between silver box and GPS antenna.
