BODY 62 FITMENT: 1. Clean the glass and painted surface with cleaner TEROSTAT-8550. Allow it to dry completely. 2. Apply a thin and even coat (approximately 0.5mm thick) of PRIMER TEROSTAT-8511 on the glass. Allow it to dry for 2 minutes. 3. Apply thin and even coat (approximately 0.5mm thick) of PRIMER TEROSTAT- 8521 on Apply sealant TEROSTAT-8590 on the glass with the applicator nozzle. 4. Mount the glass on the body flange within 20 minutes. Wipe of the excessive spill off with clean dry rags. Do not use ISOPROPANOL. NOTE: While installation of glass on BIW: a. Remove the release paper of 3M fixing. b. Mount the first two clips and 3rd plastic clip first and then stick 3M fixing on BIW. 5. Keep it position for minimum 30 minutes. 6. Do not drive the vehicle for 2Hrs. FRONT QUARTER GLASS: FITMENT: 1. Clean the glass and painted surface with cleaner TEROSTAT-8550. Allow it to dry completely. 2.
