ENGINE 273 MPFI 275 ENGINE Sr. No. Sensor/Actuator Storage Tightening Installation / Handling / Temperature Torque Storage Instructions 8 IgnitionCoil (ZSK1*2) (-40 ºC to 70 ºC) 1. Do not expose the coil to wet & dusty environment during storage. 2. The coil is mounted at the engine on top of the cylinder head cover. 3. Ignition coil should be unpacked only before installation. 4. Ignition coils which have been dropped must be disposed. 5. Prevent water ingress. 6. Permanent electrical connection must be insured. Incorrect electrical connection on primary connector can cause internal damage. 7. Applying hard impact or any force during installation or removal is not permitted. This can lead to invisible crack, where high voltage can flash over. 8. The coil should never be operated without proper high voltage cables attached to it. This will overstress the coil and can cause fatal injury due to touching. 3 +/- 0.5 Nm - (-40 ºC to 130 ºC) Canister Purge Valve (TEV5) 9 1. Make sure there is no condensation of fuel in the line from active carbon filter to canister purge valve after engine shut-off. 2. To prevent corrosion at the inner electrical ports of the valve: Mounting with connector in the downward di rect ion is not permissible. 3. The purge valve must be scrapped, if dropped. 4. Ensure proper connections of hoses to purge valve. 1. Maximum clamping force during rubber sleeve fixation at air box side 7 +/- 5 Nm. 2. Keep the throt t le body in clean environment. 3. Do not snap throttle body 4. Do not forcefully assemble the throttle body. 5. Do not use throttle body if fallen down or hit/hammered. 6. Refer the points given in page no. 261. 10 ThrottleBody (DV-M) (-40 ºC to 140 ºC) 11 Nm
