Automated Manual Transmission 55 Hydraulic Selection Gearbox Clutch Position Sensor The clutch position sensor is included and managed at the Spare Parts Dpt. along with the coaxial hydraulic actuator; therefore refer to removal of Hydraulic clutch actuator with coaxial control with gearbox removed. Hydraulic Selection Gearbox Circuit Pressure Sensor Removal 1. Connect the diagnosis equipment and carry out the accumulator depressurization procedure. 2. Remove battery. 3. Remove battery support/drip tray. 4. Remove pressure accumulator on hydraulic actuator unit. 5. Detach the electrical connection from the pressure sensor. Sr. No Name Connector 1 Pressure sensor on gearbox Pressure sensor on transmission 6. Unscrew and remove the pressure sensor complete with O-ring. Hydraulic Selection Gearbox Circuit Pressure Sensor Fitment 1. Place the pressure sensor complete with new O-ring back in its housing and tighten it. 2. Connect the electrical connection for the pressure sensor. 3. Fit pressure accumulator on hydraulic actuator unit. 4. Fit battery support/drip tray. 5. Fit battery. 6. Hydraulic system fluid for gearbox with hydraulic selection check level and top up, if necessary 7. Connect the diagnosis equipment and carry out the following operation. 8. Hydraulic system for gearbox with hydraulic selection - bleed air.
