1.2L REVOTRON ENGINE 162 RE-FITMENT PROCEDURE 1. Place ECU in proper position. 2. Tighten the mounting screws of the ECU. 3. Connect the Earth connection of the ECU. 4. Connect the coupler of the ECU. PRECAUTION  Ensure proper alignment of the ECU and harness coupler. 5. Pull the coupler to check proper fitment. 6. Connect the battery negative terminal. FLYWHEEL LEARNING PROCEDURE NOTE  While replacing ECU or target wheel the flywheel learning is essential. 1. Start the vehicle and keep the vehicle in idle. 2. Rev up the engine rpm from idle to 4000 rpm and leave the acc. Pedal so that engine will come to idle. Repeat the same procedure for 5 times. 3. One important condition for flywheel learning is Engine coolant temperature should be above 60°C. 4. DTC is set & CEL Lamp Blinks, when flywheel learning is not done. D.
