1.2L REVOTRON ENGINE 161 ECU - ON VEHICLE REMOVAL, INSPECTION AND RE-FITMENT PROCEDURE REMOVAL 1. Disconnect the negative (-) cable and then the positive (+) cable from the engine. 2. Remove the protection cap and pull out the lock of the ECU coupler. 3. Disconnect the electrical connection of the ECU. 4. Remove battery. 5. Remove the Mounting screws of the ECU. INSPECTION Check whether any pins are damaged / bent .
