HV ELECTRICAL SYSTEM 46 9. Disconnect the connectors and wiring harness connected to the charger to PDU. 10. Disconnect the cable connectors connected to the charger to vehicle inlet connection. 11. Remove the +ve terminal of “DCDC converter to Aux. battery harness” on DCDC converter. 12. Remove the DCDC converter ground cable on DCDC converter. 13. Remove the Vacuum pump (refer vacuum pump removal process from this section). 14. Loosen and remove the mounting bolts on bracket take out. 15. Loosen and remove the mounting screw on bracket & Take out the bracket along with DC – DC converter.
