HV ELECTRICAL SYSTEM 47 16. Loosen and remove the mounting screw of charger & DC - DC converter and take out. Fitment Follow reverse procedure for assembly. D. ON - BOARD CHARGER REMOVAL 1. Refer Instructions for working on HV Components mention before starting work. 2. Refer Instructions of HV connector Lock removal process before starting work 3. Loosen and Remove the mounting screw and take out the motor cover. 4. Remove the mounting of the BCS Coolant tank & dislocate for ease of access. 5. Remove the connector hose and Drain the coolant.(Refer Coolant draining procedure).
