HV ELECTRICAL SYSTEM 45 C. DC - DC CONVERTOR REMOVAL 1. Refer Instructions for working on HV Components mention before starting work. 2. Refer Instructions of HV connector Lock removal process before starting work 3. Loosen and Remove the mounting screw and take out the motor cover. 4. Remove the mounting of the BCS Coolant tank & dislocate for ease of access. 5. Remove the connector hose and Drain the coolant.(Refer Coolant draining procedure). 6. Disconnect the connectors and LV wiring harness connected to the DC - DC Convertor and Charger. 7. Disconnect the connectors and wiring harness connected to the DC - DC Convertor to PDU. 8. Remove Ground connection of OBC.
