1.2L REVOTRON ENGINE 128 NOTE  Ensure the crankshaft is free in rotation.  Ensure the dowel pin. 13. Fix the dial gauge and check crankshaft axial play. It should be within specified limit (0.1 to 0.3 mm). 14. Check for free rotational torque. 15. Assemble stiffener plate by tightening two fasteners. NOTE  Mating surfaces of crankcase and rear cover should be cleaned.  Apply grease on crankshaft rear cover gasket. 16. Apply the sealant on outer surface of the oil seal. 17. Assemble Crankcase Rear Cover with Rear oil seal. 18. Lock the flywheel as shown using special tool. SPECIAL TOOL  Flywheel locking Tool in Standalone condition - 2702 5890 06 04 19. Assemble flywheel by tightening mounting bolts. 20. Insert the balancer shaft into the bed plate.
