ELECTRICAL 655 ELECTRICAL c. Remove the bulb & replace with new one. d. Lock the bulb locking spring to its position e. Place & Press the dust cover on H/L assy. 2. Direction Indicator Bulb (P21W) 2. See if any of the filaments in the bulbs is blown. Replace faulty bulbs 3. Check if the lens or reflectors is damaged. Replace head lamp if it is so. REFITMENT 1. Connect all electrical connectors. 2. Tighten mounting bolts of head lamp assembly. BULBREPLACEMENTPROCEDURE 1. Head Lamp Bulb (H4) a. Pull out the dust cover from the H/L assy. b. Unlock the bulb locating spring fromH/L reflector. a. Rotate the bulb holder in anti-clockwise direction. b. Remove the bulb & replace with new one. c. Lock the bulb holder to the H/L assy in clockwise direction. 3. Parking Bulb (W5W) a. Rotate the bulb holder in anti-clockwise direction. b. Remove the bulb & replace with new one. c. Lock the bulb holder to the H/L assy in clockwise direction.
