TRANSAXLE TA6300 35 7. Take out twin cone assembly 1 st /2 nd . 8. Remove 1 st gear assembly needle cage by pulling synchronizer sleeve. NOTE: Inner Race of cylindrical roller bearing will be remain on lay shaft. LAY SHAFT ASSEMBLY: 1st / 2nd SYNCHROPACK ASSEMBLY: 1. Place Needle Cage. 2. Place 1 st gear assembly with synchronizer ring. 3. Insert twin cone on 1 st gear such that intermediate cone lugs fits into 1st gear slots.
