TRANSMISSION 20 11. Inspect the gasket for any damage such as cuts, thermal set of beads, and delamination of the rubber from the metal. 12. If so or in case of leak, discard it. Oil Pan Installing Procedure: 1. Clean the oil pan sealing surface. 2. Install the gasket on the oil pan with help of locators. 3. Clean the magnet. 4. Install the assembly on the transmission case and tighten by hand the 17 bolts. 5. Tighten the 17 bolts to 8-10 Nm following the torque sequence as shown below. Transmission Fluid Fill Tube Removing & Installing Procedure: 1. Lift the vehicle to access the transmission. 2. Clean the area around the fluid fill tube before removal. 3. Insert the Screwdriver under the cap plug. 4. Push up the cap plug. 5. Insert the Screwdriver under the plug
