ENGINE 145 iii. Fitment of Cylinder Block Sub- Assemblies : 1. Install Main bearing shells and thrust washers. 2. Install piston cooling nozzles. 3. Install crankshaft into cylinder block. 4. Install main bearing cap mounting bolts. 5. Push the piston assemblies into the cylinders using wooden handle of mallet. 6. Install connecting rod bearing caps with mounting nuts.
