HVAC 66 11.Remove the mounting screw and take out the upper lock of heater assembly. 12.Remove the heater assembly. 13.Pull out the TXV foam so that the mounting screw underneath foam is visible. 14.Loosen and remove 15 mounting screws of cas- ing and 1 mounting screw below heater door actuator and separate the casing. 15.Remove the evapourator along with TXV and thermister.
