HVAC 53 D. REAR AC UNIT REMOVAL 1. Remove the rear quarter lower trim. (For proce- dure refer body section.) 2. Disconnect the TXV connections and plug both the ports. 3. Loosen and remove three mounting bolts and separate the “C” pillar duct from the “D” pillar duct which is connected above the Rear AC. CAUTION Be careful to fit back the foam sealing on the ducts, in order to avoid air leakage. 4. Loosen and remove the mounting bolt and re- move the “D” pillar duct. 5. Loosen and remove the Rear AC mounting bolt and pull out the assembly to separate the AC from the locator. 6. Disconnect the electrical connector from the blower. 7. Take out the Rear AC. FITMENT For fitment follow reverse procedure of removal
