ENGINE 117 Fitment : • Fill oil in center housing of turbocharger before assembly. • For fitment follow the reverse procedure of removal. NOTE  Use new gasket and sealing washer every time and tighten bolts to specified torque.  Check that the sealing washers are fitted on the oil feeder line at the time of assembly. Troubleshooting : SYMPTOMS /CAUSES REMEDY Bearing system failures / oil leaks 1. Move the shaft with finger and look for excessive axial play. 2. Look for any scoring marks of wheel on housing. 3. Look for any traces of oil leaks on compressor housing Gas Leaks Look for any Bolt Loosening For further trouble shooting, use diagnostic tool.
