ELECTRICAL 215 4.4 VEHICLE POWER MODE MANAGEMENT 4.4.1 Description Vehicle power mode management has the following power modes:  Awake  Key IN  Accessory  Active  Start / Crank  RUN 4.4.2 Conditional Requirements  Awake Mode – BCM shall enter into ‘Awake’ mode on receiving any wake up input (ignition key is outside the ignition barrel & no accessory delay mode is active) & shall stay in ‘Awake’ mode as long as stay-awake conditions are true or pre-configure ‘Awake mode’ time (1 minute) elapse. ‘Awake mode’ time (1 minute) is a time for which BCM stays in ‘Awake’ mode though there is no stay-awake conditions. After the Awake mode, BCM shall have a fixed pre-standby time delay (7 seconds) before it enters into the ‘Standby’ mode. Key IN Mode – BCM shall identify the vehicle power mode as “KeyIN” when ignition KeyIN signal is active and no accessory delay mode is active. Accessory Mode – BCM shall identify the vehicle power mode as “Accessory” when ignition Key IN signal is active AND/OR ignition ACC signal is active. Active Mode – BCM shall identify the vehicle power mode as “Active” when ignition IGN signal is active. Start / Crank Mode – BCM shall identify the vehicle power mode as “Start/Crank” when ignition CRANK signal is active. RUN Mode – BCM shall identify the vehicle power mode as “RUN” when ignition IGN / CRANK input is active and “EngSpd” above 600 RPM detected. 4.4.3 Operating Voltage Range DESCRIPTION REQUIREMENT VOLTAGE Vehicle Power Mode Management Normal operating voltage: 12V
