ELECTRICAL 203 d) Following are possible colour options of mood lighting, Colour Setting - Polar (Bright White) - Cyan Blue - Ruby (Red) - Purple - Teal Green - Yellow - Fluorescent Green - Cool Blue NOTE: BCM also publishes the dimming setting value on CAN, so that other aggregates like instrument cluster, ETC panel takes the CAN message & controls their own backlighting in steps. CONDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS Based on different user actions different modes of mood lighting are activated i. AUTO mode: Activation – Whenever user selects AUTO mode from HU screen when IGN and PARK lamps are ON. As long as Mood Lighting is in AUTO mode, BCM activates the mood lights with the preset color as per the vehicle drive mode information received on CAN from EMS and ABS/ESP (if present). The standard colors with respect to different drive modes are: Drive Mode Colors Auto Polar (Bright White) Comfort Cyan Blue Dynamic Ruby (Red) Rough Yellow The Mood lighting intensity, Zones and color can’t be changed by user in ‘AUTO’ mode. De-activation – Auto mode can be de-activated by either selecting the ON mode or OFF mode from HU screen. Also Auto mode will be made OFF if park lamps and/or IGN is made OFF. On-fault – HU doesn’t send CAN message when user selects the ‘AUTO’ mode. BCM doesn’t send LIN commands to Mood lighting modules or power up the modules due to internal failure. If there is any issue in CAN related and/or LIN and/or Battery saver output and/or position lamp input wiring harness. If All Mood Lighting LIN modules are failed (if any one module is working then it can be ensured that AUTO mode is working provided that module is showing the desired color). ii. ON mode:
