ELECTRICAL 41 REMOVAL: 1. Remove the air filter assembly; (Refer Air filter assembly removal process). 2. Disconnect the electrical connections of the starter motor. 3. Loosen and remove the 3 mounting bolts (1) and remove the starter motor (2). DISMANTLING: 1. Disconnect the M-terminal (A) on the magnet switch assembly (B). 2. After loosening the 2 screws (A), detach the magnet switch assembly (B). 3. Loosen the brush holder mounting screw (A) and through bolts (B). 4. Remove the rear bracket (A) and brush holder assembly (B).
