BRAKES 39 1.4 OVERHAULING : A. PRECAUTIONS :  The pipeline should not be stretched or pulled during fitment or during clamping.  The hoses should be fitted without twisting.  Make sure that there is no fluid leakage at the hydraulic pipe joints.  During filling of brake fluid one should confirm that the fluid is free from dust metal particles, water or mineral oil contamination.  Make sure that there are no air bubbles in the hydraulic circuit.  Inside surface of pipes should be free from dirt, dust and metal particles. There should not be any burr at the pipe end.  All the pipelines and hoses should be routed properly and clamped at given clamping points.
