TRANSFER CASE 26 3. Loosen the hose clamp and remove the hose coupling from the pump housing. Separate the strainer from the hose clamp by pulling it outwards. 4. Slide the Gerotor pump from the output shaft and remove the output shaft. F. REDUCTION SHIFT ASSEMBLY 1. Slightly lift the rail shaft from the case and rotate it in anti-clockwise direction to disengage the reduction fork assembly from shift cam shaft. 2. Remove the shift shaft from the case. NOTE If required separate cam spring spacer and shift shaft by pulling outward. 3. Remove the rail shaft from the case. 4. Remove the reduction hub and reduction fork assembly from the case.
