TRANSFER CASE 25 TANSFER CASE D. CHAIN DRIVE 1. Remove snap ring from the output shaft. NOTE After removal discard the snap ring and use new at the time of assembly. 2. Remove spacer from the output shaft. 3. Remove drive chain, along with drive and driven sprocket from the output shaft. 4. Separate the chain and sprocket when removing the assembly. E. GEROTOR PUMP 1. Remove the magnet from the slot in the case and take out the oil strainer from the case. 2. Remove assembly output shaft along with Gerotor pump.
