GEAR BOX 6450 36 16. Place the 3 rd gear needle cage bearing. 17. Slide the 3 rd gear subassembly along with the double synchro cone pack over the main shaft. NOTE: Measure the double synchro cone gap with the help of feeler gauge. Tolerance specification for gap is 1.05 mm to 1.25 mm. 18. Slide the 3 rd , 4 th engaging gear sub assembly along with double synchro cone pack. 19. Select the circlip of exact thickness so the engaging gear moment is completely arrested. 20. Hold the assembly in vertical position and measure the axial play (Float Value) of 3 rd gear assembly with the help of dial gauge.
