GEAR BOX 6450 34 7. Slide the 1 st , 2 nd engaging gear sub assembly on main shaft. 8. Insert the spacer. 9. Push the bush with the help of suitable drift and slide needle cage bearing. 10. Slide the 1 st gear sub assembly and triple synchro cone pack over the main shaft. NOTE: Measure the triple synchro cone gap with the help of feeler gauge. Tolerance specification for gap is 1.15 mm to 1.40 mm. 11. Insert the spacer.
