18. OIL COOLER HOSES REFITMENT
White and yellow color marking are provided on
the transmission outlet and inlet cooling line
respectively for identification.
“COOLER IN” and “COOLER OUT” marking is
provided on hoses at oil cooler side.
If the heat sleeve on the oil cooler hose is
damaged then replace the oil cooler hose.
1. Insert the transmission inlet and transmission
outlet hoses in oil cooler pipes and fix the spring
band clamp between the beads.
2. Fix the oil cooler hoses in hose clips at 5
locations.
Black strip on transmission outlet hose to
be matched with hose clips.
3. Insert the hose in transmission IN in the
transmission feeder tube and fix the spring band
clamp between the beads.
4. Insert the hose in transmission OUT in the
transmission feeder tube and fix the spring band
clamp between the beads.
In case of new oil cooler hoses. Pre-open spring
band clamp will be available on hoses at
transmission end side.
Do not reuse used spring band clamps.
