This DTC gets logged if the output voltage is higher than 16V

Normal Operating Condition

If the output voltage is less than 16V

.

Probable Trouble Area

1.

Wrong LV battery connected

2.

Secondary feedback loop fault

3.

Sensor error

Healing Condition

Ignition OFF wait till VCU sleeps & Ignition ON

Write up for

the system:-

HV DCDC Converter converts DC high voltage to low voltage to charge 12V battery. The conversion starts with wakeup

and enable signal to DCDC converter from VCU.

Pre-Check Points:

a)

Check for design intended LV Battery

b)

Check LV Battery voltage

c)

Check the DC output connector for damage
