NA
DTC Detection Condition
This DTC gets logged if OBCOutput DC voltage is less than 171±2V
Normal Operating Condition
OBC output voltage range b/w 170V ~ 450V
Probable Trouble Area
1. Output short circuit or overload
2. Sensors error in OBC
Healing Condition
Disconnect the gun and connect back after VCU sleep
Write up for
the system:-
The on-board charger (OBC) takes AC input and converts it to direct current to charge a HV battery. The LV supply of OBC is
from 12V battery. It requires AC HV supply voltage of 230V, 50Hz to charge the HV battery.
Pre-Check Points:
a) Check the OBC DC ouput pins ( HV BATT+, HV BATT-) for damage (connectors, terminals bending & rusting of pins)
b) Check the OBC DC ouput wiring harness connected to PDU for damage (connectors, terminals bending & rusting of
pins)
