5. Insert the tie rod ball joint & tighten the nyloc
nut to knuckle at torque 11.5-15.5 kgm.
6. Tighten the drive shaft nut with spacer to
torque 30 ± 1.5 Kgm.
NOTE:
To restrict rotation of driveshaft apply
Brake.
7. Assemble the ARB link with wheel speed
sensor bracket to front strut with torque 12-15
Kgm.
8. Assemble the wheel & tighten the wheel nut
to torque 12-15 Kgm.
9. Fit the wheel Cap.
10. Assemble the stone guard to sub-frame with
fasteners of torque 4.6 Kgm.
