NOTE
Ensure the crankshaft is free in rotation.
Ensure the dowel pin.
15. Fix the dial gauge and check crankshaft axial
play. It should be within specified limit (0.1 to
0.3 mm).
16. Check for free rotational torque.
NOTE
Mating surfaces of crankcase and rear
cover should be cleaned.
Apply grease on crankshaft rear cover
gasket.
17. Apply the sealant on outer surface of the oil
seal.
18. Assemble Rear oil seal.
19. Assemble flywheel along with back cover by
tightening its mounting bolts.
20. Lock the flywheel as shown using special tool.

21. Insert the balancer shaft into the bed plate.
22. Lock the balancer shaft into the bed plate
using the locking bolt.
23. In locked position assemble the balancer mass
to shaft matching the locating pin.
