NOTE

Ensure the flywheel in lock position during

crankshaft pulley assembly.

18. Assemble the Alternator, Compressor, and

Water pump.

19. Assemble the water pump pipe and seal by

using special tool.

VI. Assembly of Accessories driving Belt

1. Assemble the Belt tensioner.

2. Rotate the tensioner point by using ring

spanner anticlockwise to assemble the

accessory driving belt easily.

3. Assemble the Cylinder Head Cover to the

engine & carefully placed the rubber gasket

apart.

NOTE

Ensure the Cylinder head cover gasket not to

be reused.
