G. COOLING SYSTEM
COOLANT TANK REMOVAL
1. Drain the coolant,
(For procedure refer
“Coolant Replacement” in Engine maintenance
section)
Disconnect the vent tube
(1),
the degassing tube
(2)
and loosen and remove the Coolant tank
mounting bolt
(3).
2. Lift the coolant tank and disconnect the hose
clamp and remove the bottom hose and take out
the coolant tank.
FITMENT:
For fitment follow the reverse order of removal.
RADIATOR REMOVAL
1. Drain the coolant and remove the Coolant
tank.
(For procedure refer “Coolant
replacement” in Engine maintenance section)
2. Disconnect the radiator top hose at radiator
end by removing spring band clamp.
3. Remove the bracket and spring band clamp of
bottom hose at the thermostat end.
4. Discharge the refrigerant using standard
recovering equipment.
5. Loosen and remove the bolt and disconnect
the refrigerant inlet pipe to condenser.
