8. User Customization settings
8.1 Description
User customization feature allows adjusting some of the settings of the body electrical functions as per user
convenience and interest. For this feature to be implemented, BCM communicates with the user interface
ECU, i.e. infotainment Head unit (HU) over CAN.
Settings will be stored in BCM.
User customization features for this particular variant are mentioned below.

8.2 Conditional Requirements
Activation –
On every IGN ON after 500mSec, BCM shall publish all user customisation settings over CAN.
BCM shall publish user customisation settings on CAN with below information.
1) Feature Enable/Disable.
2) All possible values of features.
3) Active value of each feature.
On Fault –
BCM logs respective DTC.
