Engine is OFF
22.
Perform “Grid Self Tuning” routine through service Tool.
23.
After the above routine, ensure power latch of 30 sec (Ignition should be OFF for 30 sec).
24. The precondition for “Variant Coding” as are as below:
a.
Ignition ON.
b.
Gear box in Neutral
c.
Engine is OFF
25. Perform “Variant Coding” through service Tool.
26.
After the above operation (Variant coding is must for vehicle cranking), ensure power latch of 30
sec (Ignition should be OFF for 30 sec).
27.
Turn On the Ignition. Then crank the engine and ensure that engine is running.
28.
Ensure that following precondition “Clutch kiss point self-tuning“ routine as are as below:
a.
Ignition ON
b.
Gear box in Neutral
c.
Engine is running in idle.
29.
Perform “Clutch kiss point self-tuning“ routine through service Tool
30.
After the above routine, ensure power latch of 30 sec (Ignition should be OFF for 30 sec).
31.
Switch on IGN, Clear DTC and Check the DTC if any.
