CLUTCH

Ensure flywheel free from oil/grease/damage.

Locate SAC assembly on flywheel dowels; align

its mounting holes with tapped holes in the

flywheel.

Ensure SAC is correctly located in three dowel

pins.

Use 9 Nos. Hex Head Screw M6x18 - 10.9 along

with B6 spring washer for SAC mounting.

Aligning mandrel in position.Tighten only two

rounds of each screw at a time as per sequence

shown and repeat the sequence till full tightening.

Tighten these screws in the same sequence to 1.3

mkg.

Ensure correct torque is applied to all the

screws.

Ensure that there is no gap between SAC cover &

flywheel at 6 mounting locations.

NOTE

Do not

mix

clutch mounting bolts with other

fasteners. Do not use longer or shorter screws.

Longer screws may not tighten the clutch at all.

Shorter screws will not provide enough threads to

achieve desired tightening.

While tightening clutch mounting screws check

aligning mandrel for continuous free sliding to

ensure concentric installation of clutch disc which

will avoid trouble during installation of gearbox.

CAUTION

1. Ensure same pair number marking on SAC &

Disc while assembly.

2. Replacement of SAC should be as a set only.

3. Do not replace individual clutch disc or SAC.
