4. Connect the high pressure fuel lines to all the

fuel injectors.

5. Install the glow plugs using the special tool.

6. Place the gasket on the intake ports of the

cylinder head. Make sure to use new gasket

when installing.

7. Install the intake manifold assembly. Use

specified torque and tightening sequence.

8. Fit the EGR valve tube using the mounting

fasteners. Make sure to use new gasket when

installing.

9. Install the H.P. fuel line connected to the fuel

rail.
