B. Engine Assembly :

Fitment of Cylinder Head Sub-
Assemblies :
1. Fit the valve guide seal with the help of
special tool.
2. Fit the inlet and exhaust valve from the
bottom.
3. Lubricate the valve stem and guide.
4. Place the valve springs.
5. Place the valve spring retainers.
6. Fit the valve seats, valve retainers and using
special tool compress the valve springs and
place the spring lock halves.
7. The lock halves hold the spring retainers in
place when relieving pressure applied by the
spring compressor.
8. Install the roller finger follower and hydraulic
lash adjuster assemblies.
9. Install engine cover mounting front LH bracket
assembly.
