9. Remove the Engine mounting arm RH.

10. Fit LH engine mounting bracket.

11. Fit RH engine mounting bracket to engine and

then mount the engine on overhauling stand.

A. Engine Dis-assembly :

i.

Removal of Intake Manifold :

1. Loosen and remove HP pipes connected

between the common rail and injectors.

NOTE



After removing the HP pipes cover the

opening with suitable caps.



Do not reuse the HP pipes once removed;

use new HP pipes at the time of assembly.

2. Remove the Hose between Oil Mist Separator

and Turbocharger Intake Pipe.
