9. Loosen the nut of fuel pressure line from HP
pump and remove the fuel pressure line.
10. Loosen and remove fuel rail mounting hex
flange screw.
11. Take out the assembly fuel rail.
N. Fuel Filler Assembly Removal :
1. Refer precautions and relive fuel pressure.
2. Press spring clips for fuel filler hose &
breather pipe (1) & (2) respectively & pull out
from tank end.
3. Open the fuel flap, remove the filler cap and
then loosen & remove fuel filler mounting hex
flange bolts.
INSPECTION :
Check if dust has blocked the 2 way cap, change
cap if found defective.
