15. Loosen and remove the cap connector of the
HP line at the HP pump end and take out the
same.
NOTE
After removing the HP pipes cover the
opening with suitable caps.
Do not reuse the HP pipes once removed;
use new HP pipes at the time of assembly.
16. Remove the intake adaptor pipe with throttle
valve assembly.
17. Remove the coolant pipe by removing the bolt
from intake manifold and bolt connecting it to
cylinder head.
18. Remove coolant return pipe assembly.
19. Remove Oil cooler to coolant return line hose.
20. Remove Oil cooler to crankcase hose.
