6.12 Routine Procedure for Gear Shift Lever or Sports/Eco replacement
1.
Refer guidelines to replace and fitment of gear shift lever on the vehicle.
2.
After fitment, now ensure that Ignition is ON and engine is OFF.
3.
Perform “Reset data - after shift lever replacement” routine in service Tool.
4. After the above routine, ensure power latch of 30 sec (Ignition should be OFF for 30 sec).
5.
Now turn on Ignition only and keep engine OFF.
6.
Perform “Reset data - after sport button replacement” routine in service Tool.
7.
After the above routine, ensure power latch of 30 sec (Ignition should be OFF for 30 sec).
8.
Switch on Ignition, Clear DTC and Check DTC if any.
9.
Check Gear shift Lever/ sports button Operation is working satisfactorily.
6.13 Routine Procedure for Electric Motor replacement
1.
The precondition for “Hydraulic Circuit Depressurization” routine as are as below:
a. Ignition ON
b. Gear box in Neutral
c. Engine is OFF
d. Press brake during routine
2.
Perform “Hydraulic Circuit Depressurization” routine in service Tool.
3.
After the above routine, ensure power latch of 30 sec.(Ignition should be OFF for 30 sec)
4.
Refer guidelines by Transmission to replace and fitment Electric motor on the vehicle.
5.
After fitment, now ensure that Ignition is ON and engine is OFF.
6.
Perform “Reset Data Group-Accumulator Replacement” routine in service Tool.
7.
After the above routine, ensure power latch of 30 sec (Ignition should be OFF for 30 sec).
8.
Turn on Ignition, Clear DTC and check the DTC if any.
